All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This can be obtained by contacting us at (800) 377-4247. Returns that do not include a RMA number may be subject to delays or additional processing fees.
CleanAirWholesale.com will accept returns within 30 days of the shipping date as long as the item is unopened, in its original packaging and undamaged. Used products or products missing any original parts or materials are non-returnable. A 15% restocking fee will apply except where the product is defective or we are responsible. The 15% restocking fee will be waived if you purchase a replacement product of equal or greater value.
Upon arrival at our warehouse all returned items are inspected. Your refund will be processed after we receive, inspect, and verify your return. We will process your refund within 3-5 business days of delivery to our return center. Your refund may take one to two additional days to post to your original method of payment. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund as soon as it has been fully processed.
Received the wrong product
If you received the wrong product, you can request an RMA and we will ship you the correct item. One of our customer service representatives will contact you to arrange a return shipment. Upon receipt of the incorrect item, your RMA will be processed and a new order will be generated at no additional cost to you.
Received defective product
If the product you received is found to be defective you must submit an RMA or contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. One of our customer service representatives will contact you to arrange a return shipment and delivery or a replacement. The replacement item will be sent to you and you will either be sent a label via email or we will include a self addressed pouch to return the defective item. A 15% restocking fee will apply if you want to return the defective item for credit.
